Once rare and very desired, the Gold Medal was recently re-released by Habanos. One flavor dominates this cigar; earth, earth and more earth. The true aficionado may pick up the odd fruity note, but the heavy tobacco aromas overwhelm. Those who did smoke the older releases may be a little disappointed by the slight changes made to the new blend. Unlimited aging potential.

The gold dressing gets the taste buds flowing. The dark oily cap indicates the power about to be revealed.
