This is the rarest of the La Gloria Medaille series and the shortest cigar of the family. The Panetela size has lost its following in recent years, but the traditionalists still seek this type of cigar. More direct that its brothers, the No.4 will feel slightly edgier with a more intense finish.
A spring smoke, mild and very gentle, ideal for a aficionado of aromatic cigars.
Interesting build up in power in this little Panetela, even though the flavor remains in essence Gloria.
A must have in any collectors humidor.
It's a smooth Hermoso No.4. This cigar is a classic example of how a Cuban cigars changes with time. Initially, this Robusto smokes very mildly, giving off gentle tobacco flavors only. With time though, this cigar's blend blossoms into life and produces a smoke that is complex.
Slide lid box presentation gives you a nice rounded cigar.
Flavors of hay and spice mix exquisitely in a perfectly balanced smoke.
Power will be present in the final phase of this cigar, but never too much.
One of the Best Cuban cigars available on the market. The Magnum 46 was very popular during the early 2000's, when smoking very spicy and strong cigars was all the fashion. With the changing of what smokers want, this edgy cigar has had to take a back seat. But for those who still enjoy power smokes, this cigar is really something special. Dried fruits and intensely rich woody aromas give real body to an already powerful cigar. A true smokers cigar.
It's rare to use the term 'perfection', but when it comes to a good 'oily/maduro' Magnum, it is the only term that applies.
The Magnum 46 is very easy and very generous; therefore, it must be controlled. The Magnum must be smoked very slowly, but with a regular draw. It's spicy without being harsh. The roundness of taste is due to the leather and chocolate aromas. The spiciness is present but the taste of the first third is rather heady. The spiciness of the Magnum has a special characteristic, it's an unsettled spiciness: it's very rich, and it keeps changing with each draw, like a surprising marvelous symphony. In the second third, the Magnum excels.
In the finale, the heady taste disappears progressively and the hot spicy taste is more present. It's the moment when all connoisseurs say the same thing: 'it's just too short!'
By far the most popular of the H.Upmann cigars, the No.2 ranks up there with the Montecristo No.2. The flavors are very recognizable as H.Upmann, but the conic shape of this cigar gives a smoke that is unique in this brand. Very clean tastes (no harshness) and medium body give for a perfectly round smoke. A cigar that will become even more popular with time.
Lovely golden brown wrapper and perfectly constructed. You know you are in for a treat.
Excellent combination of a rustic taste with leather and pepper notes. It gives a rich, spicy and heady smoke.
Like all big Cuban cigars, the finish can be quite strong, but always manageable for the experienced palate.
This cigar's incredibly massive volume of production is testament to its reliability and consistency. It is the highest sold Cuban Corona in the world. It is very popular with new smokers, as the blend is more than manageable and the development of power is very gentle and never offensive. The gentler coffee and vanilla flavors come through creamily, giving the impression of smoking a mild cigar.
A classic shape. This corona is very well known and is available to everyone.
You can enjoy the excellent taste of roasted coffee bean, on an underlying constant of earthiness.
The finale is woody.
An intense Petit Corona in true Partagas tradition. This small cigar kicks off directly with intense peppery and leather flavors, delivered in an intense and powerful smoke. Quick burner, the key to this cigar is to pace your smoking. Too quick and you will burn the cigar, too slow and the balance of blend and power will be lost. Complex smoke for such a small vitole.
This is an interesting cigar which comes between the Mille Fleur and the Petit Corona in terms of classification.
One of Habanos’s most popular series has a new member. Get all the robust Partagas flavors and power in a tiny smoke. These nub sized cigars will be very popular, allowing aficionados to enjoy great cigars in no time at all. Only one problem, they are so good you just one to light up another!
The D No.6 comes in a new SBN box format, which presents the cigars in two layers of 10.
Habanos says this cigar is all about 'intense, scented and concentrated' experiences. And this is what you get when you light up the small D No.6. Partagas power and flavor, delivered in an intense short smoke.
These nub sized cigars will be very popular, allowing aficionados to enjoy great cigars in no time at all. Only one problem, they are so good you just one to light up another!
The newest format from Rafael Gonzalez, the Perlas is mild in body and grassy/woody in flavor. Ideal afternoon cigar with a relaxed smoking pace. A cigar that will appeal to most smokers, the Perlas will fit into the companion cigar category.
The Romeo y Julieta Churchill is considered THE Cuban Churchill by many purists. This substantial cigar is rustic, almost feral in quality. Initially, exclusively produced for Winston Churchill during World War II, the Churchill is a robust and complex cigar. It is rich and powerful, especially in the middle phase of the smoke which is where it gained its considerable reputation. A demanding Classic Cuban cigar, for the experienced smoker.
Earthy and woody animated by jovial hints of Christmas spice.
The finest and most famous of the Cuban Churchills.
Very similar in style of smoke to its bigger brother, the Don Alejandro, the Famosos is a Robusto that will suit smokers who enjoy rich and powerful cigars. The flavors differ slightly in the initial phase, where we find hints of pepper and musk, but then like all Vegas Robaina cigars a switch occurs in the second and third phase of the cigar, when heavy power dominates. Several years in the humidor will bring a better balance to this cigar of character.
A great Robusto which has been made to rival with Ramon Allones and other top 5 Robustos.
A generous cigar with woody and spicy notes.
